Speaking with you seemed so easy. Usually not one to speak of personal experiences. Can I say with wholeness, the accelerator pedal is on, I feel the warp speed into growth.

I feel compelled to journal my growth and transformation. I have again done some Core release this morning, knowing now that I need to make myself the priority of love.

The physical sensations this morning were nothing like I’ve ever experienced - or perhaps I should say- not aware of previously. I am letting go of emotion and intention of easy flow, not impatience, judgement, frustration as I am compassion and kindness.

I am wired in, strapped in as this feels the most ready I’ve felt.

Thankyou Nicholas for your guidance and looking forward to so much more and how Breathwork will not only transform me, and all the others I know and don’t yet know."
